Returning an item
You can return items from your order within 14 days of delivery.

If you wish to return items because you no longer wish to have then, you must make sure that they are returned with all tags and labels attached, with any accessories, and in their original packing.

For items that are faulty
You must include a note stating what the fault it is.

To make a return
We recommend you send items back using a fully insured postal method. UK Branded Fashion is not responsible for returns that are not received. We will refund you within xxx days of receiving your return to your original payment method.

UK returns
Include a note with the order number, the reason for return, your name, and contact details. If an item is faulty, you must include a note stating the fault. Preferably, use the packaging you received the item in to return it.

International returns
Include a note with the order number, the reason for return, your name, and contact details. If an item is faulty, you must include a note stating the fault. Preferably, use the packaging you received the item in to return it. Fill in a customs declaration and declare the item as “Returned goods” on the declaration. Note that any customs charges pad are not refundable.
