We process and send orders during our main service hours, 7:00 am until 9:00 pm GMT, from Monday to Sunday 24/7 customer service stand by for customers .

We do not have holidays. Your orders will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment,  at the latest.

If this were to differ for your order, we will inform you at checkout. 

• Delivery to the UK: £8
• Delivery to Europe and other Asian countries: 40£

Exchange and return policy 

• Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including tags, barcodes, and packaging.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be issued to your account within 7-14 days after we receive your returned item and confirm the return.
